The Jewish Neighbourhood
Although for centuries the Jews in Besalú lived among the Christians, there are small traces of a Jewish quarter around the mikvé baths which is where the ancient synagogue stood. The area consists of a small group of houses along narrow alleyways.
The Sant Pere Monastery
A Benedictine monastery first founded in the 10th century and later restored in the 12th century.
