Cancellation policy of individual bookings up to 5 rooms:

A 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
No refund is applicable if cancelled within 60 days of your stay.
The deposit will be remain valid for a future stay within 12 months of the original arrival date but subject to pricing on the new date.
Please make sure you have adequate travel insurance for your trip as well as bike insurance if you have booked bike rental through us.

Cancellation policy for group bookings of 6 or more rooms:

You can make any changes up to 3 months prior to arrival date, and the deposit is fully refundable.
At this point, we would ask that the accommodation balance is paid.
Cancellation within 60 days: 50% of room costs will be returned.
Cancellation within 30 days: no refunds for accommodation costs.
Beyond this, we are flexible with our extras - bike rental / meals e.t.c. there is no pre-payment needed, and only what is taken can be paid for on departure.
